Central Oregon Community College (COCC) Foundation is a non-profit organization who provides financial assistance to students, fiscal support for college programs, and occasionally runs campaigns in support of needed college capital improvements.

The theme for the COCC Foundation's annual “Meal of the Year” and "Taste of the Town" fund raising events for 2019 was "Inspire Opportunity" The graphics for the event key off of the Picasso quote “The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.”
